1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using kk22 in any capacity — whether as a registered member, a guest, or through any third-party integration — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all products and services offered by kk22, including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, card games, and any future services added to the platform. Specific products may carry supplemental rules which, when applicable, form part of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

• Maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

kk22 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion without providing a reason, provided that any genuine remaining balance is returned to the account holder in accordance with these terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kk22 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit is ৳500; maximum single deposit is ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-72 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays may be subject to an additional 24-hour processing period.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• kk22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ৳20,000.

kk22 does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please confirm with your provider before transacting.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kk22 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method. kk22 actively investigates bonus abuse and reserves the right to void bonuses where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time at kk22's discretion. Any change will not affect bonuses already credited and in active use by a player at the time of the change.

Free spin winnings are capped at ৳2,000 unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the balance before any withdrawal is processed.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kk22 platform are governed by the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of these rules in full:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet may not be cancelled, altered, or reversed after the confirmation screen is displayed, except as required by applicable law or at kk22's sole discretion in the case of an obvious system error.
• In cricket and other sports betting markets, outcomes are settled based on official match results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a dispute, kk22's decision is final.
• kk22 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. Affected players will be notified promptly and any stakes already deducted will be fully refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk22 platform. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share bet strategies to exploit promotions, or gain an unfair advantage over kk22 or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or collect data without express written permission from kk22.
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any fraudulent financial transaction, including using stolen payment credentials, credit cards, or mobile banking accounts belonging to another person.
• Accessing the platform while on a self-exclusion list, or assisting another person who is subject to self-exclusion to access kk22 services.

kk22 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor player behaviour in real time. Suspected violations are logged and reviewed. Where fraud is confirmed, kk22 will pursue all available legal remedies, including civil and criminal proceedings where applicable under Bangladeshi law.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Amendments to Terms

kk22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kk22 will provide at least 7 days' notice via email or an on-platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any amendment to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account and arrange any applicable fund return. Remaining on the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of fair play and consumer protection. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact kk22's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed neutral mediator before pursuing any formal legal action.
